Chief Richard M. Glavosek would like to welcome you to The City of Hapeville Police Department website. Chief Glavosek was appointed to serve this city as Chief of Police by Mayor and Council at the City Council Meeting held on June 5, 2007. We are dedicated to providing outstanding professional services and to the responsibility of serving and protecting all who live, work and travel through our City.
