The Hapeville Police Department enjoys being involved with the community and participating in the Trunk or Treat events at the 1st Baptist Church and Chick Fil-A. Sergeant Banks and Officer Parker were out at the Baptist Church on Thursday night, and Officer Chambers and Officer Halten were out on Friday night passing out candy at the Dwarf House from the department's patrol Gem Car!
