Food & Alcohol Court vendors a fee of $50 will apply and is due within 14 days from receipt of you application. All vendor spaces include one 12X12 space. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, etc. If your tent is larger than 12X12, you must request additional spaces. Food & Alcohol court vendors mail or deliver payment to Hoyt Smith Center 3444 N. Fulton Ave Hapeville 30354. Attn: Holli Stephens "Downtown Live" . Alcohol vendors are required to have a special events permit from the City of Hapeville and State certificate. The certificate issued should be emailed to email@example.com. All food and alcohol vendors are required to follow Fulton County Health Departments guidelines and provide a certificate of liability by their current insurance agency. The City of Hapeville must be named on the certificate as an additional insured. Fire Code: All vendors must follow the Fulton County Fire Code for set up. The application deadline is 5 p.m. on July 17th for the August 21st concert. The application deadline is 5 p.m. on August 21st for the September 18th and 19th concert. Need electricity? If so, you must bring a 100 ft. extension cord. Electricity is limited and we will do our best to accommodate vendors who request it.

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO QUALIFYING APPROVAL, please be sure to review your Vendor Application. The number of food vendors are limited and must be approved. Complete Rules and Information will be sent upon approval. By completing this application form, I release and hold harmless the City of Hapeville and its employees of all manner of suits and claims arising from loss or damage to my possessions or persons. I also know that I am responsible for my vendor space, manning my space and the entirety of its items during the times expressed in the vendor rules and information document. I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL THE VENDOR APPLICATION SPECIFICATIONS. I understand that this is an outdoors EVENT and I have read the City's Inclement Weather Policy. I understand that if the event is cancelled it will not be rescheduled.
