Food court vender fee of $75 and all other (community, artists, handmade/home grown, kids corner ) vendor spaces are $25. All applications are subject to approval. All vendor spaces include one 14x14 space only.
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, etc. If your tent is larger than 14x14, you must request additional spaces. Vendors may mail or drop of payment to: Hapeville Recreation 3444 N. Fulton Ave. Hapeville GA 30354 Attn: Holli Stephens. Payment is due within 15 days of vendor application. If payment is not received with in the 15 day window your application will be null and void.

Need electricity? If so, you must bring a 100 ft. extension cord. Electricity is limited and we will do our best to accommodate vendors who request it.

Special Requests: (Need to be placed next to another group? Need easy access to the ADA restrooms? Need to make announcements/use PA system for raffles, etc.? Announcement times will be pre-scheduled on the hour.) We will do our best to accommodate your special requests.

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO QUALIFYING APPROVAL, please be sure to review your Vendor Application. Due to baseball concession stands, food vendors are limited and must be approved. Complete Rules and Parking Information will be sent upon approval.
By completing this application form, I release and hold harmless the City of Hapeville and its employees of all manner of suits and claims arising from loss or damage to my possessions or persons. I also know that I am responsible for my vendor space, manning my space and the entirety of its items during the times expressed in the vendor rules and information document. I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL THE VENDOR APPLICATION SPECIFICATIONS. I understand that this is an outdoors event and I have read the City's Inclement Weather Policy. I understand that if the event is cancelled it will not be rescheduled.
