The City Clerk’s office is the hub of municipal government. The Clerk's Office is the main reference resource for the City. Core responsibilities of the City Clerk include, but are not limited to:

• Updating City Code of Ordinances
• Fulfilling Open Records Request
• Disseminating information to elected officials, staff, and citizens
• Providing certified copies of documents
• Producing and/or providing Minutes and Agendas
• Conducting Municipal Elections for the City of Hapeville
