Recognitions: Mayor Hallman Outstanding Georgian Award 9-2015

Mayor Hallman was presented with the Outstanding Georgia Citizen Award by Representative Keisha Waites, District 60. Mayor Hallman was honored to receive the Award and looks forward to serving the citizens of the City of Hapeville, Georgia.





Mayor Alan Hallman was recognized at the Georgia Municipal AssociationMayor Alan Hallman was recognized at the Georgia Municipal Association’s (GMA) 83rd Annual Convention in Savannah on June 27 for completing the annual Robert E. Knox, Jr. Municipal Leadership Institute. Mayor Hallman was also recognized for achieving a Certificate of Excellence, which represents 120 hours of training for elected officials.
