During the July 7 Hapeville Council meeting, Mayor and Council reached a consensus on an official recommendation that all residents and visitors of the City of Hapeville are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings as practicable while outside their home or place of residence, except when eating, drinking, or exercising outdoors.
