The purpose of the special called video conference meeting is to consider and have action on the FY2020-2021 Budget Ordinance and a resolution to File a Quiet Title Action for the Hapeville Library.
Members of the public wishing to speak during the general comment section of the agenda shall submit written comments to the City Clerk via email or telephonically by 5PM on June 22nd. In order for comments to be read into the record during the meeting, all correspondence must include the sendee’s name, address, and comment. All sendees must confirm receipt of their public comment with the City Clerk prior to the deadline stated above.
