It's time to celebrate! The City of Hapeville Economic Development Department is now accepting vendor applications for the annual Spring Festival!
Please join us on Saturday, April 11th for a fun-filled day that includes a 5K Run/Walk, Parade, Tennis Tournament, Baseball and Softball games, Festival, and much, much more! The application deadline is Friday, March 20th at 5 p.m. All vendors will be notified of acceptance via email no later than Friday, March 27th. Important Information
- All vendor spaces include one 12x12 space.
- Vendors must provide their own tables/chairs, tent, extension cords, etc.
- Electricity is limited and we will do our best to accommodate vendors who request it.
- Applications can be completed online. Click the link below to complete the vendor application.
- The deadline for vendor applications is Friday, March 20th at 5 p.m.
- Vendor acceptance/confirmation, along with a final copy of vendor rules with specific set-up information will be sent via email after approval by the review committee no later than Friday, March 27th.
- There is no vendor fee.
