How do I pay my property tax or utility bill?: Property tax and utility bills may be mailed, paid via drop box or in person at City Hall at 3468 North Fulton Ave., Hapeville, GA 30354, 9-4 Monday - Friday. Drive-thru open 9-4. Payments can also be made online.

For Utility Billing, contact the Customer Service Representative: 404-669-2102

For Property Tax, contact the Property Tax Clerk: at 404-669-2106

For a Business License/ Short-Term Rental (STR), contact the Occupational Tax Clerk: at 404-669-2105
