1. Where do I pay my property tax or utility bill?

Property tax and utility bills may be mailed, paid via drop box or in person at City Hall at 3468 North Fulton Ave., Hapeville, GA 30354, 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.  Payments can also be made online.  

2. How do I apply for an Open Records Request?

To apply for an Open Records Request please click here or contact the City Clerk's office at 404-669-2100. You can also stop by City Hall at 3468 North Fulton Ave, Hapeville, GA 30354. Our hours are from 8 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday.

3. How can I see if an invoice(s) has been paid?

Please contact Finance Customer Service at 404-669-2102. Our hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

4. Where can I get a copy of a Accident/ Incident Report?

Accident/ Incident reports can be obtained by submitting an Open Records Request Form thru the City's website or the City Clerks office at 3468 North Fulton Ave, Hapeville, GA 30354 phone number 404-669-2100. Please allow the City Clerk to respond within a time frame of three (3) days.

5. How do I submit a local business or organization to be included on the Resource Directory?

Simple. If you are a business located in Hapeville, all you have to do is ask! Please contact City Hall Administration staff or staff of the Economic Development Department staff and e-mail your request. Please allow up to one week for approval of the listing. Thank you for your interest in the City of Hapeville. Staff Listing
