Overview
The purpose of the Hapeville Development Authority of Hapeville shall be to develop and promote for the public good and general welfare, as well as trade, commerce, industry, and employment opportunities, and to promote general welfare within the City of Hapeville.
Board Members:
The Development Authority holds its meetings quarterly on the first Thursday following the first Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. All meetings are conducted at the Hapeville Municipal Complex, located at 700 Doug Davis Drive, unless otherwise posted.

Current Initiatives:
The City of Hapeville Development Authority is actively pursuing several initiatives all focused on its mission of sound growth and development for the City. These initiatives range from community investments, such as offering a Façade Grant Program (PDF) to Hapeville business owners interested in investing in their business and improving our City's building inventory, to offering assistance to developers in future development planning and land assemblage opportunities.
